First of all, you will have to download and install the template.
After downloading, you should come to blogger.com and then sign in to your account.
Then at the top of the right-hand side, you will see 3 lines. Now click on the 3 lines and click on a theme. Now you will see this type of interface:
Now click on the arrow facing downwards which is next to the customize button.
Now you will see something like this:

Now click on the "Restore" button. Now you might have seen this type of screen:
Now click on the upload button. After clicking you should select the template that you want to be uploaded.
Now you will see that the theme was restored and uploaded.
